Orange Fennel Sauce

Comments: Marinade and sauce for fish, such as grilled salmon or tuna
2 | tea. | grated orange rind |
1/2 | cup | fresh orange juice |
1 | tea. | fresh rosemary, chopped |
1 | tea. | fennel seeds, crushed |
- Combine in a bag (ziplock) to use as a marinade.
- Once the fish has marinated for about an hour, bring the marinade to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
- Cook fish and serve with the sauce.
